While I have some really difficult days and low moods, I do realize that I have a good, happy life at the same time.  I wanted to share some actions that help me remember that and that get me through each day.

1. Surround yourself with positivity

2. Take time to be still each day

3. Exercise regularly

4. Live gratefully and mindfully

Something I would add to this for myself is to remember what my limitations are and make sure to not berate myself for them. Also, I find that a good wallow is occasionally very helpful for me–if I spend a short amount of time feeling terrible I get it out of my system and can then go on with my life as I prefer to live it.
